  • Due to the intimate nature of the garments, all bottoms are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

    Tops are non refundable but exchangeable if initiated within five business days of receiving the parcel. Should the requested size for exchange be unavailable, a standard refund will be initiated. The customer assumes responsibility for any return’s shipping cost. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

  • All parcels are shipped with UPS and require a signature for delivery. Gal et Cetera does not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or otherwise undeliverable parcels.

    For orders outside of the US:

    All applicable duties are assumed by the intended recipient. Gal is unable to estimate duty charges as it varies by destination. Gal et Cetera does not assume any responsibility for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which we have no control.

  • Hand wash garments with like colors in lukewarm water and delicate detergent. Allow garments to sit, much agitation is not necessary. Rinse clean. Hang to dry.

    Do not mix colors, as dye may transfer.
